Annual RFH Halloween Parade/Party

Our annual Halloween parade and block party began in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, a way for our kids to still experience Halloween during a time when going door to door wasn't possible. 

After this past year a survey was sent out to all RFH residents and the event will continue in '24 based on the 94% approval rating :)
